I'm a fairly organized person. My pantry is straightened and organized by type of food, my refrigerator is always clean and like the pantry certain items are always in the same place. My closet is in order 80% of time, the DVDs are organized alphabetically I could go on but I know no one really cares. I have a rule, every thing has a place and every place has a thing, it's a simple rule that helps keep things in order here and it works for everything but my office.
It's so bad I lock the door when people are coming over so they don't go in, especially if they've never been to my house before, I would hate for them to take a wrong turn and discover my ugly secret!
I don't know what it is about my office. I just have the complete inability to keep it clean. I'll spend the better part of an afternoon in there and within a week it's back to looking like something you would see on Hoarders!
So, today, my 15th day of my 25 Days of Thankful! journey I am thankful that I have the entire day to spend in my office cleaning and organizing. Now lets just all say a prayer that I'll be able to keep it this way...at least until the first of the year!
